These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 79pkr online gaming platform, accessible at https://79pkr.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "79pkr"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, where applicable, close your account by contacting the support team.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and 79pkr relating to the subject matter herein. 79pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 79pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction, at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling or betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, without the protection of applicable exemptions or authorisations.
• You are registering the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed for cause or self-excluded on the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of any employee of 79pkr or its affiliated operators.

Pakistan-specific notice: Pakistani users acknowledge that gambling activity may be restricted under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. 79pkr does not claim that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. 79pkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Deposits made to ineligible accounts may be forfeited, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your official identification document — CNIC or Passport for Pakistani nationals)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Current residential address
• Contact telephone number

You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through account settings or by contacting support. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any other person. 79pkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported an unauthorised access incident to the support team.

79pkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and age-verification obligations. KYC verification may be required:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request
• At the Operator's discretion at any point during account operation
• Where unusual or high-volume transaction activity is detected
• As part of routine account review processes

Documents typically required for KYC verification include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport for Pakistani nationals, proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie or liveness check. You must only submit genuine, unaltered identity documents. Submitting forged, edited, obscured or falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals are typically withheld pending satisfactory KYC completion. Completion of KYC does not guarantee eligibility if other Terms are breached.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the payment methods available in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. Available payment methods and associated limits are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.

Deposits: Funds must originate from a payment source you own and that is registered in your name. The use of third-party payment sources is prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are stated in the cashier. Deposits are typically credited promptly, subject to payment provider processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances, and compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment source used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (the "reverse withdrawal" principle for AML purposes).

79pkr may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers and other incentive programmes to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, in addition to these General Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions include the following:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 25×, 30×, 35×) is stated on each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated window (e.g., 14 days, 21 days, 30 days from opt-in or first deposit). Expired bonus balances are forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any given time.
• Minimum deposit: Each promotion will specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount (typically PKR 1,000 or as stated on the specific offer).

Sports betting markets on 79pkr are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and market-specific rules which are available within the platform's Help Center.

• Bet placement: A bet is confirmed only once you receive an on-screen confirmation and it appears in your bet history. Bets are not valid unless formally accepted by the system.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds recorded at the time of confirmed bet placement are binding.
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, abandoned or declared void before the applicable result is determined, bets on that event or market will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to in-play markets — refer to the Help Center for details.
• Incorrect odds: 79pkr reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly displayed in error (manifest error). Bets settled at clearly incorrect odds are subject to recalculation or voiding at the Operator's discretion.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per day or per event may apply. These are stated within the sports betting section and are subject to change.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets operate under additional rules. Market suspensions may occur during key event moments (e.g., a Pakistan cricket wicket falling). Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.
• Cricket-specific note: For PSL T20, ICC tournament and bilateral series markets, match result determinations follow official scorecards issued by the governing body (PCB, ICC or relevant authority).

All casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer games and table games — operate according to the following general rules:

• Random outcomes: All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games produce results through certified random number generation systems. Outcomes are independent across all game rounds.
• RTP: Return to Player (RTP) percentages are illustrative figures representing the theoretical long-term statistical return across a very large number of rounds. Individual session results will vary and may differ significantly from the stated RTP figure.

• Submitting forged, edited or falsified identity documents
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sporting corruption
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair betting advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or AI-assisted wagering tools
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions or any other financial crime
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without authorisation
• Allowing a minor to use your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards Platform staff or other users
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited without legal authorisation to do so

79pkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit caps.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 79pkr. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 79pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your gambling or betting activity on the Platform
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity or any indirect or consequential losses
• Losses resulting from system outages, maintenance windows or technical failures outside the Operator's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Inaccuracies in sporting data, odds feeds or event results sourced from third-party data providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the Operator's wilful misconduct. 79pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 79pkr makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

79pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or operation
• Identification of a prohibited conduct violation as detailed in Section 11
• Instruction from relevant legal or regulatory authority
• Account inactivity exceeding the Operator's defined dormancy threshold

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure of an account with a remaining real money balance (subject to any applicable KYC requirements and outstanding wagering obligations), the balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data by 79pkr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including name, date of birth, contact details, KYC documents and transaction history — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement.

79pkr will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Where data is shared with third-party service providers (e.g., KYC verification platforms, payment processors), it is done so under appropriate data processing agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation and applicable licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are advised: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation may restrict participation in online gambling. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your account.
